The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting daily HR operations and ensuring the effective delivery of HR services. This role involves administering employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training, benefits, and compliance, acting as a key point of contact for employees and management.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding activities.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance to employees on HR-related topics such as benefits, leaves, and company policies.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Coordinate training sessions and professional development activities.
Help manage employee performance review processes.
Handle employee relations issues and escalate when necessary.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration as needed.
Generate reports on HR metrics and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
